Yes, they work quite well, but not just on their own. Your basic liquid soap cleanser should be used along with a clarifying lotion/toner, depending which skintype you are, and the lotion or gel depending on how oily or dry you are. Then, depending on wether or not you use makeup that day, a make up remover should be used before the liquid soap cleanser.
